The Waxarika people of the Sierra Madre mountains in Mexico, create astounding, colorful paintings made of yarn. Images are drawn on a wooden board, and then the surface is covered with sticky beeswax. This holds the entire painting together!

This 6 session class runs Mondays 10:00 am-12:00pm; 8/17/26, 8/24/26, 8/31/26, (Skip Labor Day 9/7/26), 9/14/26, 9/21/26 & 9/28/26.
Payment plan available:

deposit plus 2 payments of $96.66, paid every four weeks. Final payment of $96.68.
